All visitors must read the terms and conditions before purchasing from our website where the order has been placed over the phone or on-line. When ordering you enter an agreement with us that will become effective the moment you click the "Complete Order" button. Orders which require delivery to certain locations such as Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Channel Islands and other similar destinations require an extra delivery fee. This will be brought to the attention of the customer as soon as possible after the order has been placed. The option to cancel the order will be given should the customer refuse to pay the extra delivery fee charged by the carrier. In accordance with the current legislation, carrier drivers can only deliver the goods to the sidewalk of the property and are not allowed to take the order inside the premises.
RETURNS. Our company accepts returns and your money will be refunded within 7 days. However before returning the goods you must contact us by email and ask for a return number and address where to send the goods to. Do not just return the goods to our contact address on the web site. Our goods are shipped from different places and they must be returned accordingly. |

The returns number provided by us must be written on the box/boxes. You must repack the goods properly so they arrive undamaged. Refunds are made only after we have established that goods arrived not damaged. Note that any cancellation is charged 15-20% from the initial order, as this will cover the restocking and costs that occur on our behalf or on the behalf of the distributor and manufacturer. In order to speed up the delivery process we place the orders with the manufacturer almost instantly and you need to know that some of the distributors we work with charge 40% when the canceled order needs to be collected and restocked. You are strongly advised to gather enough information on a product before purchasing it in order to avoid being charged with this fee. |

DELIVERY TERMS. It is very important that you check the goods within 24 hours after you have signed for them as any damage claims after this time frame will not be taken into consideration by the carrier and we will not be able to make refunds/replace the goods. If the package arrives damaged, you must sign for the parcel as damaged in order to get replacements and contact us within 24 hours. PRIVACY POLICY. The data we collect about you will be used only for processing the order. We do not store your credit card details as they are passed on to the bank through secure encrypted connection and we only store some details needed to make the delivery like the name, address and telephone numbers. The data will never be passed to third party and we will never contact you about any special offers. We reserve the right contact you only with regards to your order placed with us. |
